Q: HOW DO i BOOK A SESSION?

A: After I send you an email with all the information and we set up a date, I would give you a link to the contract and to do the deposit.

Without those two the session would not be locked.

Q: I ALREADY BOOKED A SESSION, NOW WHAT?

A: I am so happy we are going to meet soon!

Depending on the type of session you book will determine the time that we take photos.

For Lifestyle Newborn session it would be a weekend morning and for the rest of the sessions I prefer to do them during sunset, but I am pretty flexible with time.

You are going to receive a location, wardrobe and how to prepare your home guide.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A: I always recommend to be comfortable and wear neutral bright colors to get the airy and soft look that you see in all my pictures.
Once your session is booked, I ll help you, if you need, to look for the best style that works for you and your family.
But don’t worry, I would be sending a wardrobe guide and help you with links and pictures for reference.
 

Q: can i send you a shot list or inspirations that i found?

A: For weddings and events I ask for shot lists so you can rest and know that I am going to get all the important people in the picture.

For normal sessions I already have my lists of what I should get and once I have them I start taking all the candid and fun portraits.

I always try to deliver both, timeless and candid galleries.

Q: what if my kids don’t cooperate?

A: I always try to make them play and have fun, dont push them into fake smiles or weird poses. I ll let them be kids.

I do recommend that you let them know a week before what is going to happen and if you are on the bribe team, have some snacks as a prize, that always work.

Your job is to have a fun time with your family making memories, and just trust me with getting the shots.

Q: how many pictures I am going to get?

A: After our session I would be sending you a proof gallery, this means that you are going to be able to see all the pictures edited in color and light and select the ones that you want for me to edit.

You have an amount already included in the package but you can always add as many as you want for a package price.

I try to make my packages as affordable as I can, thats why I let you decide on the amount of final pictures you are going to need.

Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?

A: You can do it and I encourage doing it, because I work with an excellent lab and I would not recommend something that I don’t use for my own home.

But I can give you a print release if needed.

Q: when will i recive the photos?

A: if it is a normal session it would be 7 business days and if it is an event/wedding in 10 business days.

Q: do you reschedule due bad weather?

A: Yes, for high wind, rain and smoke.
I ll be always in contact with you and let you know if it is good to be shooting outdoors.
(rescheduling for bad weather it would not have any extra charge as illness or unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel your session for personal reasons, I would retain the deposit and ask for a new one for another date.)
