When I got the message “baby is here, is a girl and her name is Ada” with of course, a picture of her gorgeous cheeky face I just couldn’t wait to meet her!
I arrived on a cloudy day at their home in Redwood city, CA. and went straight to their bedroom, where the natural light shines brightly on their bed.
For newborn sessions it is important to have baby ready before I arrive. That means that you would feed, change their diaper and have spread out the different outfits you think baby is going to wear, and Ada was ready to slay her session with her cute little green jumpsuit and her second outfit: a blue dress with tiny boats, just adorable!
Not only grandparents were excited for her arrival and to be part of the session but also Brownie, their dog.
Ada was super calm during our session and a little sleepy by the end but one thing I am sure about, she is very loved by her parents.
I’ve always feel honored to be part of the begging of growing families, so thank you to all the parents that trust me with that.

“Flo did an absolutely EXCELLENT job on our newborn photos. She was kind, patient, VERY good with our baby (baby was a bit fussy that day), and just generally an enjoyable person to be around! She came to our house to take the photographs, was on-time and extremely organized. Most notably, Flo was unflappable during our session -- at one point I even got a bloody nose that dripped on a quilt that she brought with her to use as a prop -- Flo was not phased at all and very kind about it! She had great communication around the entire editing process and got us our final album very quickly! Our photos are beautiful! I would absolutely use her again - great experience!”
